• You will not use it for mobility scams, billing fraud, fraud, phishing, scams, extortion, harassment, impersonation, account abuse, or any illegal lead/billing activity.
• You will obtain and maintain any required consents and permissions for the data you process.
• You will comply with applicable privacy/data-protection laws and relevant platform policies.

4) Orders, Delivery & Support

After payment verification and buyer review, we provide access details (download link and license key) through the contact methods shown on our website. We may refuse a sale or support request if we believe the intended use is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or high-risk.

5) Payments & Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for verified legitimate buyers, subject to the conditions below.

• You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the purchase date if the software cannot be made to work as promised after reasonable setup/support attempts.
• You must contact support, explain the issue, and allow us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot before the refund decision.
• Refunds are not available for fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal use, spam/scam activity, policy violations, unauthorized resale, reverse engineering, or rejected buyer/compliance checks.
• Refunds are not available when the buyer refuses required setup steps, provides false information, or requests features/results that were not promised before purchase.
• Approved refunds may result in license deactivation and loss of access to software updates, support, and private download links.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

8) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the software, your data sources, your messages/campaigns, or your violation of laws/platform policies.

9) Third‑Party Platforms

WhatsPro Turbo Filter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. Any trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using the software.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
